The Pillars of Our Faith
The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible — both Old and New Testaments — is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the supreme standard by which all human conduct, creeds, and opinions shall be tried.
The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
Salvation by Grace
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone — not of works, lest any man should boast.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. He convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment.
The Church
We believe in the universal church, the living spiritual body of which Christ is the head and all regenerated persons are members. We believe in the local church as a fellowship of believers.
The Resurrection
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those who are saved unto the resurrection of life, and those who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
